Bracket 2 - Discussion

Re: Bracket 2 - Download & Discussion
The download is so slow... 5 years have passed since BEST-mix #1, a lot have changed with internet connection speed yet that package still downloads as slow as in good ol' days...
Re: Bracket 2 - Download & Discussion
I had no issues with download speed for either bracket.

Re: Bracket 2 - Download & Discussion
I getting ready to head off to college now, and my classes start this Monday, so I probably won't have time to write full reviews this time, but I'll try to play and comment on as much as I can!
Re: Bracket 2 - Download & Discussion
~30 KB/s here.
And that is super strange, because normally my download speed is somewhere around 1.5 Mb/s.

Download complete. Heh... it's so ironic to see a DDR-style banner having a better aspect on OpenITG song wheel, in terms of "top-bottom cropping", than most of the ITG-style banners.
Re: Bracket 2 - Download & Discussion
Played about 75% of the DDR B2 files. Just about every single one is at least pretty good, which is a good thing. However, nothing -really- stands out to me yet. I think my favorite 4 or 5 files are all from bracket 1.
The three that stood out most to me so far are Ghost of Stephen Foster, apricot stone and Candy Girl, although each has something that bothers me. For Ghost it's the length and the simplicity of the steps (which you'll rarely hear me say!), for apricot stone it's the opening, and for Candy Girl it's the fact that the song itself isn't very exciting.
Still, my original statement remains: Everything here is pretty darn solid. The overall quality of this tournament is very high.

Wow, I'm really quite impressed by the DDR Bracket this time around! There are lots of high quality entries throughout. I feel especially bad for anyone who ended up in Part 3, because every file there is quite great.

I had your same issue when downloading Bracket 1, but only the first two times I tried to download it. The third time it worked really well. I have no idea why. This bracket is downloading quickly as well.
