It's pretty common for people to finish up at the last minute. Personally, even if I'm done a file early, I keep it around until the last day in case I want to change something.

In this contest's case, however, I am simply not finished yet. =O

Yeah, same. I also tend to work a lot more actively at the last minute when I know I must get everything in; my personal favorite simfile that I've made was made entirely from scratch in one evening.

Yes. This is ALWAYS how it has happened in the past, so there's nothing to worry about.
