My candidates for that would be (in no specific order):

-Captivate -chikai-
-Fantasy (Max 1)
-So Deep
-L'amour Remix (Expert DOUBLE)

But this subject is wayyyy too broad and open to personal preference both music-wise and stepwise. In fact, I came to the conclusion a long time ago that the kind of steps you like is relative to your skill level in the game, so the better you are, the harder you like your steps. For example, I find that MaxX Unlimited's stepchart is very good and fun because I can usually SDG that every time I play it, but most players find it hellish, tiring and totally unfun. =/
