I'm going with Artillery on this one. Chou had great graphics but Artillery is more memorable with it's well executed bpm changes. They weren't overly done and despite it's disappearing arrow flaws, it's simply much more fun to play than Chou.

CHOU! is more decent, so that takes my vote. Artillery may be unique in a lot of ways, but CHOU! seems to be done more properly, in terms of steps.

ARTILLERY, as I've said, is my favorite out of the BPM gimmick files. The more I play it, the more I think about it, the more I like it. And yet, gimmicks aside, it otherwise does what it needs to; the steps are simple, they don't screw around. It's got one of the top presentations in this contest, if not the best all-'round. Artillery is going to have a place in my heart for a while, for making me like crazy bee pee emmz.
CHOU is, however, another of my favorites, and far more straightforward. Unfortunately, I think that straightforwardness is going to cost it my vote; I mean, it's a darn fun file, but it also lacks Artillery's quirky charm.
So I'm going to take the plunge and vote... WITH ARTILLERY!

#1 file vs. #2 file, great. :/
Artillery. Both are excellent files, fun, and flawless. Artillery made a negative bpm change work, and made it fun, which I didn't think possible. The fun gimmicks and background really add to the file. Plus, what BLueSS said.
