First time there's been a tie for first; and it's a three-way. :o

hmm, well every deadline I've always set (and will continue to set) is the evening/end of the day.

So midnight of the day = the night, 11:59pm (PST) of the day.

So would "end of the day (PST) on the 16th" be better clarified?

See, the problem is that you're going by PST. PST's never got anyone anything or anywhere--I think all times should be notated in CST, or a combo EST/CST. West Coasters just don't matter that much.

KGW, I hope you've at least visited the baseball hall of fame by now :P

And B2S, 11:59 PM is generally clearer and a good idea if you're giving a deadline, not just for contests but in general.

Go by GMT. Most of you'll be confused, but I'll understand it all.
And congrats to Akira.

It looks a very little like my Symbolic banner, no? No?

2nd place ain't that bad, the site looks much better now anyways  . Thanks a lot to those who voted for me, and congratulations to the winner, of course.

Anyways, you can always use this as the official BM2 cdtitle!
