I found out the cause of the disappearing steps in ARTILLERY.
100000 BPM.
I'll take out the #DISPLAYBPM tag and see what happens.

As well as the negative BPMs. If you remove the DISPLAYBPM tag, you get the song's full BPM. Including minus BPMs, with an unsightly circle with a question mark in for a minus sign.

How come every IIDX song in this competition is from 15th style? The 15th style OST is not out yet, guys. So now we have a bunch of simfiles with low quality mp3's floating around. There's still some good IIDX songs from 14th and below that haven't been done yet.
