This is going to be one hell of a fun contest and I sure hope that this succeeds, as I really really like the format of it all. The judging, the brackets, all that.

It is wild but fun, and that is always what is needed in a competition because I hate drama. :(

Oh God. With school starting back up (last week was my Spring Break), the next Re-Visited bracket also released today and one more Re-Visited contest that I have to judge, I don't think I'm going to be able to do anything for this by Wednesday, unless the brackets are reeeeeally small.

My opinion after playing/reading the readme for one file: Secret wins the contest. All other competitors please go home now, thanks. See you next BEST-mix!

Why on earth do we only get 3 days to write up reviews for everything, including Light and Standard charts? If the public reviews are gonna be larger, at least give us another week - a weekend of free time would make a huge difference.

Also, there's 36 artists, but there seems to be only 35 songs. Is there a doubleteam entry, or...?

I believe that one of them already stated that he wasn't able to submit.

Where abouts? It doesn't look like it's been changed in the author list (which was put up on the Friday).

This:
Jezendar wrote:Looks like I will unfortunately be missing this competition. Work on the song I had originally registered was never actually started, as I was too busy with other things. So, last week, I changed my entry to the song I had originally registered for the first Best Mix. This simfile was well underway and is now complete. But, while checking some things on the net, I discovered a new problem. Last December, Konami released DDR Universe 2 for the X-BOX 360. The songlist for this game includes "Take Me Out" by Franz Ferdinand. As you're probably guessing, this was the song I had been working on. Thus my entry, which would have been legal for the first Best Mix, is not a legal entry for this one.

On a more upbeat note, I do like this site's new appearance. I'm guessing this change is the reason I couldn't access the site last night?

I didn't update it with the last minute entrants, since that list was to confirm that I got the files, which is unimportant at this point.
