I vote for Time To Move.

Lazy was just a really really amateur execution of the pause gimmick and reminded me of a bad tournamix entry. Time to Move was solid and also one of the best files in this competition.

Going with Time To Move because I loved the graphics and the steps were far stronger than Lazy with its silly bpm gimmicks.

Going with Time to Move. TTM was an awesome all around package and Lazy's bpm gimmicks (while creative in thier own right) were rather annoying.

LAZY. Okay. That background? FANTASTIC. I have no words to say how much respect I have for someone who can make four letters do THAT, for that long. But the steps? Nuh-uh. We've already got one Hyperactive, we don't need another. That kinda BPM shifting is not fun in the least.

TIME TO MOVE is one of my favorite files in this contest, so Lazy doesn't really stand a chance with me. This is one of the best "open-style" (don't ask me to explain) 9s I've played in a while. While the cut is a little long, and it feels like you started running out of ideas after a while, the core of the chart is fun and creative.

Vote: TIME TO MOVE

Both simfiles I thought were really fun. I liked Lazy's BPM changes, but I still like the really well made step patterns in Time To Move.
My vote goes to Time To Move

Lazy. Both are fun and I can't find fault with either. I appreciate the amount of work put into Lazy, though, and its boldness in using a gimmick, which people tend to hate.
