I am afraid I no longer have the dedication to this project as I once had. While I intended to have another tournament, the likelihood is very slim at this point.

Have there been many simfile tournaments since the last BEST-mix?

DDREvolved has had a few to keep some of us busy, but other than that there hasn't been any big one simfile only type tournaments. Mind if I bother you when we're both on AIM one time?

I almost wonder how possible it will be to even have a simfile tournament. How many people/sites are still active and interested?

I think it's possible. There's still life at DDREvolved and I feel like a lot of people go into hiding after these contests end, but once they start up again those people pop up again because of how credible this franchise is. It's really the only big annual DDR simfile contest left, so everyone left in the DDR simfile community and still interested in making files makes sure to show up if they can.

True dat. I consider myself pretty well retired... except for Best-Mix, which I still make every effort to enter. So if you want any more of my simfiles, you know what to do
