My gut makes no distinction between Perfume and Acid Bath, so I'm going to my scores, which have Perfume 1 point ahead. ESG is miles ahead of either one.

Empire State Glory just feels like an etude compared to the other two songs in this bracket. There's so much more that could be going on. Acid Bath is a bit like that, but not as much so.

I ONLY liked Acid Bath in this grouping, it's a solid simfile and a solid song.

Acid Bath was excellent, if a little repetitive, but not too much. Perfume was fun, maybe a little too kooky. Empire State Glory had one great part but the rest looked altogether too familiar.

All three files are excellent, so it's a shame that one of them has to be eliminated. I ultimately decided upon Empire State Glory over Acid Bath because the song lends itself a lot better to a fun simfile. Acid Bath has great steps (aside from some iffy placement mid-early on), but feels a bit mechanical due to the song's repetitive nature.
