BRACKET 1 RELEASED: Discussion

by BLueSS » Sun Aug 08, 2010 7:49 pm

Brackets 1 for both DDR and ITG are in the download link.

DDR is split up into 3 sub-brackets, ITG into 2.

How the sub-brackets work:
- The top 1/2 of each sub-bracket moves on, based on the average of the review scores.
- If the sub-bracket has an odd # of entries, Round DOWN (so if it has 5 songs, only 2 will move on).

Your reviews are the only scoring these files will get in order to advance to the following rounds.

Please review more than 1 sub-bracket (aka as many as you can Note: You cannot review your own sub-bracket.

Use this thread for Discussion. :)

Sweet, downloading. Could you post a song list? Though you're probably already at it.

I've added the bracket divisions into the list of files received. :)

Woot, downloading!

Edit: Wow, stepfiles are getting larger and my USB drive is getting more archaic. (I don't know if that's a proper use of the word...whatever) 79.9 MB in DDR subbracket 2, over 6 files! Both the files I submitted were probably over 13 MB, though, so I can't really say anything. But yeah, my old USB drive couldn't handle the unzipped folders. I guess the zip file is making it on there okay, though.

WOW! MAYBE is MAYBE the best file I've seen come out of Kewing since Powell, and MAYBE the best file in its entire 3 part bracket! But I haven't played all of the bracket yet, so MAYBE I'm speaking too soon. Either way...MAYBE this file will do very well!

I posted the first reviews, which are complete except for Disappear's strange charts situation and Tilt. Being the first reviewer I expect the most criticism, but I tried my best to be fair and polite. And reviewing on feet is so tiresome, man... :)

Edit: sanch your readme for Our Songs has no line breaks for some reason on my computer...

So if my file is in one of the DDR sub-brackets, I can judge the other two sub-brackets? The rules thread says that you cannot judge the bracket or any sub-bracket containing your own song, while this thread says that you cannot judge the sub-bracket containing your own song.
