Actually, stepmania accepts banner and background of virtually any size. (banner with close to 1:1 aspect ratio will be recognized as the very old diagonal format though)

Yeah it'll accept any size (Mungyodance had 200x150 banners) but at the same time many themes do 256x80 sized banners for display purposes. You could make a theme have 100x500 sized banners if you wanted to, although it'd probably ruin any other banner by stretching it to fit.

Yeah, it was 640 x 480 (even when I put it in fullscreen) I think. I guess 512 x 160 should look fine now because recently I've been putting it at 1024 fullscreen.

In the meantime, why is everything on this site centered now? :P

Because the stylesheet changed, and you're still using IE and should upgrade to a decent browser. :P

Weird! Chrome and Firefox both are left aligned; I thought Opera would as well. I'll have it fixed here shortly. :)

Clarification, it is possible to give a scoring category a "0" score, and the minimum is not 1.
