I was considering Electric Fountain and Anger of the Earth but I just couldnt see the steps in my head clearly (That sounds kinda crazy when read out loud)

Have you considered the Tekken 4 Soundtrack? I'm No whear near talented enough to pull the Beach Stage off with a good 9+ footer but you may do fine.
