Scoring Clarification: (I forgot to add this sooner)
Just like BM2, the first round score comes from the pure average of the judges and public review scores.
=AVERAGE(Judge 1, Judge 2, Judge 3, Judge 4, PR, (PR2 if needed))
The top 4 from each bracket will move on.
At that point, a final vote will determine the winner. I'm undecided as to whether there will be an additional point bonus depending on ranking moving from the brackets into the final vote; but it won't be too different from last time.
Scores are not carried over to the finals due to differences in judges' scoring, standard deviations being off, differing amount of public reviews, etc.
