Gap Issues + Other Syncing Problems

I was hoping this wasn't going to be as much of an issue, but it still seems like there are people who aren't generous when it comes to files being off due to differences in computers.
Next time I'll be sure to have a "sync test" file so everyone can try their best to make sure their computer and file both sync to the standard; but until then GAP adjustments will have to do.

So yeah, it's gone a little wrong.
As well as half a doubles chart mysteriously disappearing, the syncing is completely wrong for some reason - each change happens four times as late as its supposed to.
The sm code should read:
