Man, I just got another look at the entry form. I'm so excited to see what some of these entrants come up with. Yay, BEST-Mix!

Challenge is worth 8 points, but he had to type it differently to avoid it turning into a smiley ->

hmm... i see
thx for the answer
so, if we have challenge steps, this should be harder than heavy?
ex:
Light: 5
Standart: 7
Heavy: 10
Challenge: 15

Most likely Challenge will be harder than Heavy but it doesn't have to be.

The challenge chart should be rated at maximum, about a 10 or 11 step, and shouldn't be a lot more difficult than the hardest DDR songs. It does not have to be harder than the heavy though.

True, I just don't want to see any charts pushing towards keyboard play difficulties.

Yeah, don't expect to score too high with very difficult Challenge charts since this is all going to be judged via pad.

i have faith in blueSS and whoever he taps to judge to not judge something poorly simply because they can't do well on it/pass it

I hope for the opposite. This is a DDR-style competiton. And as far as I know, there are no keyboard charts in any DDR game. If a keyboard chart was to get a high score, I'd be a little angry.
P.S. When will we be allowed to upload our entries?

I'm not saying that. I'm saying, if there was something comparable in difficulty to any of the SN boss song Oni charts, I trust them not to rate it low simply because they weren't able to do well on it (of course, this is ignoring the fact that, other than a few parts of felm oni, most of the boss oni charts are terrible)

There's something vague in the rules, especially at the Steps criterion. It hasn't mentioned anything about Doubles charts.
May I ask this? Are the doubles charts are to be rated in the Steps criterion? Or it'll count as extras (or something)?
