actually I will withdraw my old guess for ranatalus.
His file has to be Why Did You Go Away from bracket 2 because the song is in .OGG, it has doubles charts, no beginner, basic graphics, and uses the "song"-banner.png naming convention. All are his characteristics.

Ne~e definitely wasn't Xythar because that wis his entry in Cheesemix 4.

In fact, the author behind Ne~e? ended up using the exact same graphics (with the banner shrinked and apparently blurrified as well) and background video used in the original file.

And they managed to completely offsync the video too, at least, on my SM it looks that way.
