Entry: Boss on Parade / DJ Technorch Presentation - 18 / 20 The samplestart and graphics alone denote an edgy, dark theme that certainly matched the song itself. These were the only real things you used for presenting the file, but they worked rather well, although personally, that samplestart is a bit too long. Shorten it. Steps (no Oni) Light Chart - 0 / 5 Having played the Standard chart before this, I noticed that this chart and the Standard chart have the exact same problems-- basically, whatever I said about the Standard chart applies here as well. You should also remove the freezes as well, as they felt highly unnecessary as well. The long spaces between steps is also quite an issue here-- they feel awkward, and at times, boring. Please re-do. Standard Chart - 3 / 10 Strange, the patterns you selected screamed "energetic song at 200+ bpm", but the way they were used (mechanically, and in the wrong places) did not. I found it strange that the most intense parts of the song had... 4th-note patterns, whilst the calmer parts of the song had 8th-note patterns. It's sad-- you already had everything in your side here, and you blew it this away. Try to switch the patterns around-- they were already sound as is, but they could sure use some refinements. Heavy Chart - 1 / 15 Oh, dear. This chart certainly manages to keep to the non-stop action of the song, but the way its patterns were used leaves a lot to be desired. There were two major problems with this chart: EoTC-double stepping at 200+ bpm, and a very leftist orientation. The chart has a lot of annoying doublesteps (or forced turns) that didn't work out too well, and when thinking about it, looked really silly to play, and just didn't feel fun to play. Add the highly unbalanced, leftist orientation, and you have a "winner". Needs a lot of work-- these two problems are huge issues for the chart, and need to be addressed as soon as possible. In addition, remove those freezes-- they just don't work at all, and felt highly extraneous.
